About the agency:
The literary agency was founded in mid-2015. To date, nearly 50 books represented by the agency have been published on the Czech book market.
The agency also discovered a foreign author (Denis Thériault) whose work has been published in twenty countries around the world but has not yet been published in the Czech Republic. The agency has successfully introduced this author to the Czech market. In 2018, the author was also marketed by the agency on the Slovak Republic market.
The Agency acts as a subagent for the Belgian literature agency Allied Authors Agency in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic.
The agency has a total of four fields of action:
- Discovering Czech and Slovak writers / scriptwriters for the Czech and Slovak markets.
- Discovering new foreign writers for the Czech and Slovak markets.
- Acts as a subagent for foreign literary agencies who want to offer literary and other works in the Czech Republic
- Offers successful literary works of talented Czech and Slovak authors abroad. For this area, the agency is constantly looking for foreign sub-agencies to operate on various foreign markets.

The agency invites queries from those seeking representation in the Czech and Slovak republic (writers as well as scriptwriters).
The agency welcomes the cooperation with literary agencies and also publishers worldwide and is ready to offer them interesting and original manuscripts (as well as movie and television scripts).

About the founder:
Its founder and director Markéta Pluskalová, is one of this country’s most famous creative writing lecturers. She also teaches creative writing and screenwriting at several prominent Czech universities.
